There is a virtual news blackout on the impact of the war in Sudan. Approximately 10 million people have been displaced, with the constant threat of crossfire, famine, disease and brutal ethnic and gender-based violence. Many of the displaced are children. The war has wrecked Sudan, killing more than 14,000 people and wounding thousands of others, while pushing its population to the brink of famine. We need to act in whatever way we can.

There are no NGOs or reputable charities in Sudan – too dangerous and chaotic - but we have a trusted Sudanese link to get funds directly to community groups there. Elley and Dad are starting the fund with tonight’s DJ fees. You can build on that.
