Spicy selections from warmer climates, alongside UK club sounds… Yusuf began DJing in Bristol as The Sultan back in 2009. After a back to back set with Roni Size at Bristol Beacon, he quickly made a name for himself playing regularly across Bristol, Manchester and London, as well as numerous appearances on 1Xtra, BBC Asian Network and KISS. More recently, Yusuf co-founded RepresentAsian with his sister, Safiya, and hosts a monthly show on SWU FM, playing music from the global south, alongside UK club sounds.
